I had an amazing experience with Keser Rijopleidingen! Keser is a very patient, calm, and professional instructor who truly cares about his students. He always explains everything clearly and gives you the confidence to drive safely and independently. Thanks to his experience and positive attitude, I actually started enjoying driving. Every lesson was well-structured, focused on improvement, and adapted to my needs. If you’re looking for a driving school where you’ll learn not only to pass the CBR exam but also to become a confident and responsible driver, I highly recommend Keser Rijopleidingen. Five stars without a doubt!

The organisation of this driving school is very poor, to the point that even trying to switch to another school has taken weeks, still with no success. My first driving instructor spend week after week teaching me the same skills until after a while I noticed that we had spent more than ten lessons not learning a single new skill. She explained that this was because, before starting lessons, I had told her I felt nervous about learning to drive, and she didn't want to overwhelm me. To be completely clear, she had been telling me at the end of each lesson that I was doing quite well and I had not done anything out of the ordinary or dangerous at all to warrant the lack of challenges. It was just a huge waste of money. Additionally, this instructor regularly cancelled extremely last-minute (I was on the way to our meetup point when she cancelled with no explanation a few minutes before the lesson, only to text me a few minutes later that never mind, I was still expected to show up, just at a different train station than we agreed on). I switched driving instructors to be taught by the owner of the business. After a while, this person stopped responding to messages about scheduling lessons, even though they were already paid for. They would message me late at night, long after the lesson time I had proposed but received no reply to, with hastily typed messages trying to schedule for an unspecified time the next day. I have emailed them a couple of times now asking to at least be paid back for the lessons they didn't teach, still without results. Also, at one point in between lessons, they emailed me asking to pay the entire amount I had already paid for the lessons again. I emailed them proving I had already paid that they did not double-charge me, but only because I picked up on this, and they were very rude, not apologising for this but instead placing full blame on an employee.

Wonderful experience. Mehmet is a patient, calm and extremely competent teacher. I feel very lucky to have passed my test (first time!) thanks to him. I would highly recommend Keser driving school to anyone hoping to pass their test quickly and enjoy the learning experience throughout.

And again Mehmet works his magic and I passed in one go( this time for taxi). 5 star isn’t enough honestly Keser school is the Best. His very patient, calm, good sense of humor, honest, best teaching technique. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to start a career in the taxi industry or driving license. Truly a 5-star experience!"

I had rather negative experience driving with this school. I feel being milked for money. I had 45 lessons in total and didn’t receive a practice exam because the school screwed up. Instead I had a tussentijdstoets and I was not warned about this. Bad communication from the school side. About the instructor I can say that Ezgi sometimes was very impatient. She screamed if I made a mistake and I felt horrible. But what’s worse is that Ezgi is watching reels and video shorts on YouTube during lessons or talks loudly on the phone. I think it’s unprofessional. After each lesson she tried to explain how to do better but still it was difficult to understand her. I feel like I wasted my time with this driving school. I do not recommend this school to students who are anxious and require more efforts from the instructor.
