I find it unprofessional that if you pay for your lessons in advance and your driving instructor is at fault for missing your lesson then you dont get a refund If your driving instructor says your lesson is at e.g "13:00" and you dont see your student you message your student at 13:00 saying your there, not wait 5 or 7 minutes to message your student then your student is outside 3 minutes after the instructor says he is there, so 13:10 and then you say " sorry i left. Its been 10 minutes i leave after 10 minutes", if that were true when im there at 13:10 youd still be there. This is not a students fault, although if your appointment is not there at 13:00 youd out of common sense, message them your there no? I find it extremely petty your going to not give a refund to your student, wasting their money on a lesson while driving lessons are expensive in the first place.
