Autorijschool "De Rijk"

Today I passed the driving test! Thank you so much, Autorijschool 'De Rijk'! Thanks to Karyna and Yuliya for the good theoretical preparation and of course BIG THANKS to my instructor Asroef! Thanks for your patience, your jokes, that you taught me how to drive and believe in myself, and most importantly, you BROUGHT me to my license.

I am so happy that I chose De Rijk Driving School. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed by the wonderful Johan van Aken. My driving instructor, Asroef Madaran, possesses an endless wealth of expertise, experience, and knowledge. Under his guidance, I learned not just how to drive, but how to drive safely and effectively for life. De Rijk truly is the best driving school one could wish for. Very good driving school, they help you out until you pass. My instructor (Raj) was very helpful, understanding and (most important) very patient. I needed lessons in English and all communication was perfect with Raj and the administration. (Unlike other driving schools). Autoschool de Rijk is very recommendable!

I had the best experience with Rijschool de Rijk and would recommend it to anyone! The school's owner, Johan, was so patient and kind in our lessons, but also strict enough that I passed the practical exam the first time around. Being from the US originally, I drove for many years with my US license, including in Europe, but never in Holland. After Covid, I stopped driving with any regularity and built up some anxiety around driving in such a dense, busy city as Den Haag, especially with all the bikes, trams, etc. Johan recognised my strengths and helped me master the little tips and tricks you need for the CBR in just a few lessons. Again, I'd recommend the school to anyone, and definitely to any expats out there who have been too busy or nervous to pull the trigger and go for their Dutch license. Dank voor alles, Johan en team!
