Absolutely shocking I do not recommend Gijs van Wijk, who has a horrible attitude and loses his temper. He mimicked my responses and was quite rude. He had me in tears and shaking with his shouting and dramatic responses. It’s just too much. He contradicts himself and he and Lucy contradict each other in fact. They have rigid ideas, are not friendly nor kind (once you start lessons with them). You are made to feel like an idiot who certainly will never pass. Even if you have been driving for a lifetime. My experience was them upselling lessons, without proper assessment nor discussion. I certainly did not appreciate Lucy whispering behind my back, with the examiner before I started my exam.
