Horrible service, the time table can never be trusted. Particularly during peak hours, the buses never come on time and you may have to wait for them up to an hour, which is unacceptable for the commuters that live in Purmerend. It’s impressive how this company is still allowed to operate even though they directly contribute to making the commuter’s lives miserable. I hope the regulators take a more serious approach toward the gross failings of EBS.

Ever since EBS took over Zaandam, life has been hell. Line 391 from Noorderpark to Zaanse Schans is always late, often doesn't show up and when it does, they stop at De Vlinder making us check out and wait another 20 minutes or so to continue the journey (without any indication beforehand). Adding cost and time to the journey. I have written two formal written complaints to R-Net already but they do not seem to care. Besides that, buses are noisy and extremely dirty. Just terrible.

Two weeks ago I called them to submit a complaint because a bus driver dropped me off in front of a closed bus stop, so basically on the road outside the built up area. Because of this I had to cross to the other side of the road, in a very foggy morning, to take another bus to return. Basically I could have been run over by a car. The lady on the phone was understsnding and said that she would send my complaint to the office in tramplein Purmerend and request them to call me back with a feedback but they didn't call me. Apparently EBS doesn't care about the safety of their passengers and their management of complaints is really bad.

EBS know we need them because no other choice to use. So, they don't care at all with all complains. This week i had 2 times late go to work because of your hoax time table.

We have travelled today from monnickedan to Amsterdam by bus. Line 315. The driver at 7:00 in the morning couldn't sell the tickets in the bus. No problem he invited us to get the bus without paying. Returning, on the other side , was a mess. The lady in the desk said to us some boys in the platform would sell us the tickets. The boys (in red jackets) in the platform said the driver would do it. The driver again said the boys should do it . We were in the middle of the members of your company and nobody wanted to sell us the dammed tickets. My suggestion: Make clear among your staff who have to do which task because tourists don't like to be treated like this.
