I would highly recommend Rijschool Ozzi to anyone! Oswald is friendly and professional. He has guided me through tears, reassured me when anxious/nervous as well as telling me when I’ve done well. He’s very patient, and explains things calmly however many times you need (for me, I really needed that!). Learning to drive in a foreign country is not the easiest thing to do, especially for us slightly older ladies (I’m approaching 50), but he guided me through it all. His English is very good, and he’s easy to understand. (I’m saying that as a native English speaker). Oswald is strict, his standards are high. But that is what is needed to not only pass the test, but also to be a good and safe driver. Through his patience and dedication to his profession, I now have my ticket to freedom! I had a lot of doubts, distrust of others, a high level of anxiety while driving. But Oswald found the right approach to me. Thanks to his constructive instructions, very clear explanations and advices I overcame it. And I passed the practical exam on the first attempt 🤩🤩🤩 Oswald pays considerable attention to the psychological component which I think very important. This driving school prepares not only for passing the exam, but also for further independent and safe driving. I strongly advise against enrolling in this driving school. In our experience, the instructor failed to complete the agreed-upon training and seemed more focused on pushing for additional lessons rather than delivering promised results. The approach taken appeared to exploit students' insecurities, potentially undermining their confidence to justify more sessions. When concerns were raised, the response was unprofessional, and the contract was abruptly terminated. Furthermore, there was no clear system to track progress or identify areas needing improvement—everything was based solely on the instructor's subjective opinion. Unfortunately, this lack of structure left us feeling dissatisfied and misled. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by exploring other driving schools with better transparency and professionalism. *********************************** It is correct that my daughter started lessons in mid-2023, and the contract was recently terminated. However, I must address several inaccuracies in your reply. You mentioned providing advice that we "did not follow," but we never received such advice. As the instructor, you were solely responsible for delivering the driving lessons and ensuring clear communication. It is unprofessional to deflect responsibility onto others when the role of instructor comes with the obligation to guide and support the student. Additionally, your claim that lessons were "regularly canceled" by my daughter is completely untrue. While it is correct that she is a student with academic responsibilities such as exams and assignments, there were also multiple instances where lessons were canceled on your end. If accountability is being discussed, I suggest starting with self-reflection. This entire experience has been deeply unsatisfying—not only due to the lack of fluid communication but also because of the negative impact it had on my daughter. I strongly encourage you to take responsibility for your part in this and consider making changes to your approach. Growth as a professional and as a person begins with acknowledging where improvements are needed.

Oswald is a great driving instructor. Knowledgeable, friendly, kind and funny. Guided me through every step of getting my drivers license in the 'champions league' of countries to get your license in. Be it in English or in Dutch, I fully recommend Rijschool Ozzi.
