I just had the most horrible and disappointing experience with the owner of this school. About three weeks ago I asked for some driving lessons to get familiar with the exam routes around Harderwijk. I already failed the exam with my previous school and thought some additional lessons would be good for the next. He responded after my second inquiry a week later and we set a time for my first lesson. The lesson went well. We then discussed the exam and I let him know I'd already booked an exam with my previous driving school (as the waiting times are currently around three months and I could not wait I booked it right after failing the last). The owner of Orange went off the rocker. He accused me first of being disrespectful (??) then told me he's sick and tired of people taking advantage of him. I'm sitting here completely stumped and clueless about what I did wrong and how I supposedly am trying to take advantage of him. He has a business that sells lessons. I fully intended to buy 10 lessons additionally to the first. I'm not sure what happened here, but he was extremely rude and u professional when he accused me of disrespect and trying to take advantage of him. I've included the conversation about it in photos. I'd say, beware. Do not go with this school. There are more professional ones that will not treat customers like this. To be clear, I do not take issue that he no longer wants to help me as a student. I take issue with the excessive paranoia and rudeness about it. Reply to company's response: In my review I very clearly state I don't take issue with him no longer wanting me as a student. I am however disturbed by the rudeness of his responses on WhatsApp. How am I, as a paying customer, taking advantage of someone who sells something (lessons in this case)? The accusation is laughable. Additionally, I only ever asked for lessons to get to know the area better, not an exam. If the company has issues with that, perhaps it would be best to ask students if they want to take an exam too first. I provided this information as soon as the company owner asked. Again, my issue is not that I can't be a student there. It is that I was treated like I was in the WhatsApp chat. All readers of this review can make up their own mind whether the owner is a person they want to give money and deal with, or not. The evidence is all there.
