I clicked on 1 start because there is no option for negative score. I think I need to report publicly my experience with the package delivery point located in this place. I do not have experience with the driving school but interacted with the shop to collect a package. It was the worst experience ever. The store has at the door a sign prohibiting the entry of dogs. The store is located on the first floor. I left my dog down, respecting the request of not bringing the dog to the shop (below the stairs). There was no space outside. In front there is only a parking that was full of cars (from the driving school, I suppose). Immediately when I entered the shop on the first floor I felt hostility. There were two women workers there. One started coming down the stair and while I was trying to quickly get my package, she started shouting the my dog was biting her. I run to check and I found her gently kicking my dog to pass. I heard no sound of my dog attacking her or growling. It was a complete lie that she invented. Perhaps the dog reacted slightly to defend herself because the lady was touching her with the feet! The other women came down the stair and started shouting at me to put my dog outside, what I did, while the "bitten" (lie) lady disappeared. I went up again to collect my package and she continued shouting that it was unacceptable and I tried to explain that I left my dog down, respecting the sign and that anyway I had come by bus and had no place to leave it. There is no information online that the owners have so much phobia or problems with dogs. I could not know this. She refused to give me my package and kept it! She put me out saying that was her place! It was impossible to make sense with this person. I have never interacted with a person so rude and judgemental as this one. Working on a public place and serving people. While getting money to deliver people's packages, one cannot say that the shop is her place and put people out as her wish. Moreover, she was holding something that was not hers. I contacted Mondial Relay and they asked me to try to collect my package again. My husband passed the following day. They informed him that they had sent my package back to France! My husband asked for the proof of that and they refused. There was a man there that came close to my husbands face and shouting "Get out from here!" Him and one of the ladies pushed him and dragged him out from the stairs!! They sent my package back to France. This is absolutely unacceptable. This reaches a level of violence that cannot be tolerated neither accepted. Despite it is their space, they are dealing with costumers and doing a public service. She could have asked me to come outside with the dog while she would bring the package down. If the other lady was bitten, she should have showed me and charge me the bill of the hospital. There are ways to solve the situation in a "normal" and "rational" way. I formally complained to Mondial Relay, as well as to Trustoo who advertises this company. I also share this information publicly because I feel a moral and social responsibility to report violence. I hope this regrettable situation won't repeat again.
