I decided to stop my driving lessons because I found them stressful with this instructor. After stopping, I requested a refund for the remaining lessons I had already paid for. The instructor initially said the school didn’t have enough money, and I told him it was fine and could wait. Six months later, I reminded him about the refund. He still said there was no money and suggested I either continue the remaining lessons or keep waiting. From the beginning, I made it clear that I wanted a refund and also asked for a specific date for the payment, but he has not replied. According to the school’s website, unused lessons should be refunded within 14 days. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this politely, the issue remains unresolved.
