This company is a bunch of liars just out to maximize their profits. We were told the next bus would arrive in 20–30 minutes, but it was already there and they were just trying to cram more people on board. We traveled with elderly family members who had to stand the entire ride to Keukenhof because the bus was overcrowded. It’s extremely disappointing and unacceptable. A reputable destination like Keukenhof should reconsider partnering with such companies — they clearly do not prioritize customer care or basic decency.

Bus 65 is shaking me every morning to work and in the evening back home. I loved to take busses in Hamburg, but after 4 months in the Netherlands Utrecht I start hating to take the Bus 65. What is the difference between Hamburg and Utrecht? Driver Training for soft driving. Seems to be totally unknown in the Netherlands/Utrecht.

Window dressing from a board that is doing eco friendly good on paper. How different we the real deal Qbuzz?! This board is really taking environmental action with buying 164 electrical busses for about 100 million euro. It will have both a social and monetary impact. Truth or dare? Both! 5 stars!
