I had a trial lesson with Gustavo, who was very friendly and calm, which I appreciated. However, the car unfortunately wasn’t in the best condition — it had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the interior was quite dirty. I’m generally not very picky, but considering you spend many hours in the car during lessons, I asked politely if it could be cleaned to make the experience more comfortable. Gustavo mentioned that he doesn’t have time, which I found surprising, as I would have gladly continued with the lessons otherwise. A pity, as I think he is a good instructor. Update on the reply: Thank you for your response. I understand that you believe the car was in acceptable condition, but I wanted to share that the interior had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the ride uncomfortable. I’m generally not overly sensitive about such things, and I’ve since found another provider I’m happy with. What surprised me most was the decision to dismiss a potential client rather than simply addressing the concern with a quick cleaning. A basic interior refresh usually takes about 20 minutes and costs around €50 at most car washes, so I didn’t expect this to be a major issue. Nonetheless, I wish you all the best with your business moving forward.
