I have quite a disappointing experience with LES2PASS. Good part: as it was mentioned by many people here, during the lessons instructor was helpful, patient and explained everything in a a clear way. Bad part: I am totally dissatisfied with frequency of lessons because in 9.5 months I could get only 22 lessons. Every time I tried to get lessons more frequently I was told that in that case other students will get lessons less often. Why instructor takes so many students that he can’t handle in a reasonable time it’s still not clear to me. It also contradicts to what was given on a website: - Meerdere lessen per week mogelijk om het rijden snel onder de knie te krijgen. → not true. - Lessen in de avond of weekend zonder meerpijs. → not true. Instructor never gave this option unless I moved to another city. But at that moment of time this option was not possible for me. Eventually after 9.5 months of living in den Bosch I had to move to another city because of personal circumstances. Instructor refused to return money for any 18 unused lessons even with some penalty because I bought a package together with exam. It could be a good explanation we had signed a contract in advance or there was an information on a website about terms or conditions. But no contract was provided and terms and conditions were missing on the website, so I don’t think it was honest not to return money for at least part of unused lessons. So as a result: I lost money for 18 lessons out of 40. Eventually instructor agreed to return only money for exam. But even in this case with some strange logic he subtracted 70 euro discount from standalone exam price and returned only part of it. My tips for myself in the past and for other people: 1. In no case buy a package if you are not 100% sure about instructor and his availability. Take few “losse" lessons instead. It will cost few euros more but potentilly it will prevent a lot of problems like in my case. Buying a package makes you completely dependent on the instructor and all his personal circumstances. Technically he can give you even 1 lesson per month and you will not be able do anything about that. 2. Quite obvious one: Ask instructor to provide a contract where all the conditions, responsibilities and rights will be described.
