Rijschool Maarten

He was my instructor from March until October. By August, He booked my practical exam. Two lessons before my practical exam, it was the first time that He decided to teach me how to use the GPS. After that lesson, He decided to cancel my exam. We were driving 2 sessions per week since May under His request. After all these time, He told me that He will book my exam in August. The booking date was October. Anyway, He had the whole period for teaching me how to drive using GPS. He never did it before that day. In his planning, He decided to teach it just two lessons before the practical exam. ------------------ If I am or He is a good person. It is irrelevant, the grade is due to his lack of professionalism and planning. Be aware, all reviews from years ago. Then, the first one star. Suddenly, two reviews with 5 stars. Only one man in his reviews. Don't be surprised if after this, He gets more "man" reviews. I got my drivers license in the first attempt with another instructor. It is not about the score of the school, it is about the disposition to teach.

I was really nervous about driving, but thanks to Maarten, I felt confident and supported the whole time. His professional guidance made the lessons clear and enjoyable. I passed my driving test yesterday on the first try. Couldn’t have done it without him!

Highly recommended! I was initially doubtful about whether I could ever drive, but now I truly believe I can. Driving with Maarten was one of the best decisions I made this year! If you're considering lessons, look no further! 💪

Excellent driving school. I already know how to drive but I wanted the Dutch license. Maarten gave me a set of clear and well structured classes. Since day 1 he went to the point, no wasting my or his time. I was in another school in Leiden were I was just driving around with not much guidance on the key Dutch driving culture. With Maarten since the beginning he addressed key maneuvers, highway behavior and strategies, and general driving culture. Driving with him was easy and fun. I am really happy I choose him. Totally recommend!

Top driving school! Thanks for the lessons.
