Bert Tambour is a very capable driving instructor with a lot of years of experience teaching many different kinds of students how to drive. I participated in an expat program with him where I was learning to transfer my US driving skills to the Netherlands, which was not an easy challenge. Bert was patient and worked hard to use many methods to help me understand the why behind the rules and also the how. He is honest, direct and hard working to make sure you get your license and are well prepared. Following his instruction, I was able to pass the exam the first time.
