This company is a bunch of liars just out to maximize their profits. We were told the next bus would arrive in 20–30 minutes, but it was already there and they were just trying to cram more people on board. We traveled with elderly family members who had to stand the entire ride to Keukenhof because the bus was overcrowded. It’s extremely disappointing and unacceptable. A reputable destination like Keukenhof should reconsider partnering with such companies — they clearly do not prioritize customer care or basic decency.
